β β β β β Absolutely the best place to buy electronics like Apple iPhones and iPads. One negative is that they donβt sell iPhone cases. Their customer service is one of the best in Malaysia. Most importantly is that you know youβre getting definitely original and quality items. Iβve bought iPad mini 4, iPad 9 so far. I highly recommend this place and further more itβs in a great shopping and food mall, oh and a cinema too.

β β β β β Bought a TV. The salesperson is friendly but have this taking it easy attitude. Mutually agreed to delay the delivery due to floods in their warehouse which fine. Then, both parties agreed to deliver the following sunday. Then, received sms driver on the way to deliver on a friday which is not the date we agreed to. Cut long story short, salesperson unable to send on sunday because he had to rebook in the system and slots already full. After standing my ground, only then he managed to get it delivered on sat. I have to give credit to the salesperson for being customer centric and tried to find a remedy although I had to push him hard a bit. At least, he got the job done.
The delivery guys though seems want to do a rush job to install the tv and seems like they want to go back to KL ASAP. Not customer centric. Didnt even bother to explain properly on what are the parts in the box, how to use the remote, TV, etc. They even put the hdmi cable meant for soundbar on the wrong port and it is so scary to handle a slim fit bracket as I had to google to troubleshoot this as they did not show how to do it properly. Basically, the port was wrong. For soundbar, hdmi earc port only can be used. After install tv, astro did not work. They are telling it is Astro problem, not theirs, but Astro was working all the while before they came. After dismantling the old tv and they install the old stand, they rushed to get my signature and was already leaving my house. I told them this old tv needs to be placed upstairs. They had the cheek to ask me, "TV lama pun kena angkat atas kah?" I was annoyed as I have paid a huge sum for the scope of relocating of old tv and installing a new tv. I have even double confirmed with salesperson before the installers came.
Have also highlighted this to Harvey Norman. Hope they will improve if not for me, at least for their future customers.

β β β β β Purchased a Blender Philips brand, a bit pricey than other normal Blender. Use 1time,its spoiled. Now I need go back to shop to give to repair and wait until its repaired.
Harvey Norman pls don't keep old stock.
Now it's cost my time + parking +travel =disappointing service.
Pls trained and Educate your staff to explain with cust about the insurance additional we pay, the coverage effective 2 years after we purchased item where they will replace the purchased to new item. Staff not explain in details about this

β β β β β Service is friendly and professional. The store sells a wide variety of techs, for the home and office. Very useful devices and products are available, from washing machines to laptops. Prices are high but after sales service and warranty is great.
