β β β β β Very helpful sales person (a Chinese lady) @ travel luggage bag department & customer service (an Indian gentleman) (sorry I didn't ask their name as I was in a hurry) ! They offered help to call other parkson outlet when getting know the item I was looking for was sold out in their outlet. A BIG thank you to you guys, I got the item eventually!

β β β β β Thereβs one old woman who work in the lingerie part at Parkson NU Sentral . She is so rude and no manners at all . Please teach your staff some respect to customer. We donβt take stuff from there for free . When i asked her about the promotion, she explained to me not in the nice way and so rude . Please teach your staff how to be nice to customers . Also the menβs shoes donβt have many choices. Please take a look of that . Thank you

β β β β β Every merchandise price is normal not increasing. For Parkson every branches includes Parkson Nu Sentral thumbs up ??. Keep up the good work. "Do not pressure the people by raising prices at will". For the Promoter and others brand, i know the Parkson not much and seldom to attend the customer come to buying because of COVID-19 Pandemic Situation but my advice when the customer enter into your counter please attending the customer nicely until his/her success to buy your merchandise. And i know sales not much increasing some sales are dropped so much.
