β β β β β This is one of the best stores in Malaysia especially for their customer service. When I was last back in Malaysia in May, I had bought a Phillips Pressure Cooker(multi cooker) for my mum at $597. I later saw the same model at Tescos for less, and brought proof back to the store. They were happy to price match and deducted an extra 10% off the original price, and I paid $478 for it in the end. Unfortunately, my mum did not want the pressure cooker and I had to return it 2 days later. They were happy to refund me the cost of the pressure cooker, no questions asked. The only slight hitch is that it is mow nearly a month later and the money has yet to be refunded by head office!

β β β β β The service level at this outlet is much better than the Harvey Norman Mid Valley outlet or the outlet along the Federal Highway. The staff here are engaging, they've done their homework and know the products well and as a result offer good recommendations based on your budget.

β β β β β Went to buy a wedding gift for my friend. The only staff that is patiently entertaining us is a malay lady wearing spectacles (forgot to take her name). She gave some good recommendations, tips, how-to and even help us check out which outlet have stocks for the stuff we want.
Other staff treat us like we didn't fit there. What's wrong with window shopping anyway?

β β β β β Came here to look for laptop but quite disappointed as not many choices are available. Only see a few units of Asus, MSI, Microsoft Surface, are on display. Expect to have HP, Dell, Lenovo. But none of them are available. Having said that, the home appliances, other computer peripherals and accessories, electric products seems to have good variety to choose from. Furniture like sofa, bed and coffee tables, amongst others can be found here.

β β β β β They have a great selection of products, but they come at a premium price. Everything from fridges to blenders to computers to phone accessories are available here.
What you pay for is the customer service and ambience, and the fact you get what you want immediately instead of ordering it from Shopee or Lazada then waiting for days.
When you need a last minute birthday gift for a friend, Harvey Norman is a good place to visit!
