★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy items with caution here. Poor service by unprofessional staff. And they lie through their teeth to try their luck with you. Make sure you do your own research before buying anything from here because I would advise against asking them about any updated products or technical specifications. They will just lie to make the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on own experience, their staff were attentive. They will be around (but not following you) & looking from far at you in case you need any assistance. We already bought a sofa, air purifier & fridge from this outlet (within 2 years) and will come back for other house appliances we may need in future. Range of brands & latest models available...mostly ready stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It supposed to be 0 star but not available. Misleading 0 interest installment plan for HSBC credit card holder. I bought 2 mattresses, offered a 0 interest installment plan. After making payment, 0 interest installment plan is rejected because of HSBC's fault (said Harvey Norman). I called HSBC, it said it's Harvey Norman's problem. In the end, no solution given. Frustrated that I have to pay the total amount charged, with false promise of 0 interest installment plan 12 months. *Grunt
RM165 for the furniture delivery charge. It's in the same area, Seri Apartments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a Great customer service i encounter from your setia alam store & from this one particular sale name natasha, she hv a very pleasant attitude, and consistent ly providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources. amazing service like hers, your customer won't mind invest on higher price yet a quality products & excellent service. She deserves a raise ! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 10 years and thousands of dollars spent, we no longer trust or shop at Harvey Norman in Setia Mall because of their deceptive practices towards regular customers. Based on their advertising, my wife and I visited their store last night and spent at least an hour with their staff assessing the features and best value in the domestic washing machines they were aggressively promoting in-store. When our selection of choice was reduced to 6 relatively similar machines, we asked their staff to confirm realistic delivery times. Only then did the staff admit to us that not a single machine in our selection was actually available for sale now or at any time soon - they were promoting washing machines they actually couldn't sell to customers without ever informing the customer. The hour we spent in Harvey Norman last night was a total waste of our valuable family time. The ten years of branding credit Harvey Norman had with us has been totally wiped out by their deception and we will now take our thousands of dollars of future business to a much more reputable company.
