β β β β β Very bad service. I was placed an order this morning and had my contact no placed as well. They told me that they have stock and will keep for me. I told them that I will be collecting the product after 6pm. Upon arrival at 8pm, I asked them for my product that I booked and then they told it's out of stock. How come you promise that there's stock but when upon arriving, there's no stock.

β β β β β Very bad customer service, I went to get a refund for an item my fiancΓ© purchased. After purchasing the item, she decided to return it and get a refund but, when I went to the shop, I was told to come back tomorrow between working hours as they can't do refunds without a manager.
The item was only purchased for 30mins. The attendees had the nerve to laugh as I walked out of the shop. Extremely disappointed. They don't even adhere to the terms and conditions written on their receipt.
