★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sound quality of the studio is very good. The sound of the drum as well. Unfortunately I have to report that, after have practiced in the studio for one month, a piece of the cymbal stand was broken and a snare skin as well...nothing strange, everyone that play drums know that sooner or later skins and mechanical parts need to be changed or need maintenance (especially if you buy cheap material) By the way the owner asked me to buy and pay for new material for replace the broken one....we are not talking about some stuff that missing or some damage made purposely..we are talking about a piece of a cymbal stand (cheap quality) and a snare skin! And the botom skin was completely devasted, not by me for sure. I don't play snare upside down : When I explained in a polite way that is not fair and I didn't want to pay for that (of course!) he banned me from his studio. I have managed 2 rehearsal rooms for several years in the past and I have never asked to my customers to buy music stuff for replace the broken one. Do you know why? because the meaning of rent a music studio or an apartment or everything else is that you are paying for the use of that gear and in the same time it is used by several other people. Can you imagine to move in an apartment used for several years and after a month the owner ask you to change the fridge because it broke? :D
