★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of the worst. Worst customer service. I wanted to scan and email a copy of my IC. She wanted to con me RM 12. I took back my IC and went to another shop to photocopy my IC and took a photo with my phone. Cost me only 25 cents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to take a photo for the passport and requested for a soft copy to be provided immediately. They said they'd give a CD, and I just wanted to be emailed (save the CD and the RM2 surcharge, am I right?) but then she said it'll take 20 mins cos she needed to go to the cyber cafe next door. So I offered an immediate solution (phone cable for file transfer), to which I was rudely shut down and I heard her making a sarcastic remark to another customer in Cantonese. RUDE.
In the end she emailed me, and I was still standing there because I really needed to make sure I had it. And she said she'd sent it, but after 2 mins I haven't got anything yet. All I asked was for her to check but got rudely barked at again to wait because her Internet is slow.
Never. Again.
(Also, get with the digital agenda, guys. Pfft. Digital photo shop konon)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super terrible shop as like you owe them thousand of million the moment you step in the shop. Bad attitude, not even know how to show a smile face to customer. Don’t care about your picture at all even your eyes are half closed. Picture quality very bad and blur after print out.
STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a passport size picture and what I get is a low resolution photo .
They don't even focus before shooting ,eventually the photo comes out with bad quality, low resolution and blur
I requested to adjust to a Higher quality photo but they replied "this is a good quality enough photo".I mean "what"?!
Really a bad experience in this shop and just to share to you guys .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Went to take passport size photo and they took the photo using a normal digital camera. The picture came out blurry after print out. After I paid I checked the photo and asked them why it's blur and they were like its okay only. Never retake the photo for me. Super dissapointed with the service. Plus need to wait long for the photo.

I took a USA visa picture here and was told to wait for awhile for them to process and print & when I came back for it, the photo I was given was absolutely unacceptable - extremely low resolution, grainy, very dark with shadows, and guaranteed to be rejected at the embassy. This was a resubmission of my picture and I told her “I am not going to accept this, please retake another picture with better resolution and better lighting”. She initially insisted that I take the picture and if I got rejected at the embassy to come back to retake a picture. What the guts she had to do that; I told her that she either takes another picture or she can pay my visa fees if I was to do it all over again. I then requested she use the light reflectors when she retook the picture and she simply said “sorry we don’t have, my boss no buy”. I told her then please do not charge professional fees for a picture if you have no professional gear. She retook my picture and once again it was very poorly done and I requested a refund of my money as I totally wasn’t going to accept it. NEVER ever go there, it’s a terrible place. Poor service and definitely lacking customer service etiquette.
