β β β β β I have been going to Sim&Hooi Dental Centre (KL) for a while now and it is a really great place. Very professional dental service given. Dr.Tan did detailed assessment and explained clearly on treatment plan. Receptionist and nurses are very friendly and polite.

β β β β β Been visiting this clinic for almost 15 years (extractions, braces, general checks etc) together with my family. Warm, friendly staff together with doctors who patiently go through each dental process with you and provide honest prices at each session.

β β β β β 1st time visit this dentist, after being recommended by a friend. Highly recommended, done alot of treatment in 2 sessions, attended by Dr. Felicia, very detailed and precise treatment hand skill she has. Did filling, sealing, cleaning, polishing and scaling...
this is the only place where, you can get professional dental treatment with the price you pay. Very high tech in terms of digital utilization, clean environment and hey, you do not need to take off your shoes. I condemn those dentistry that require us to take off our shoes, and force us to wear their so called sanitized, stained, over utilized sandal...yuck.
Washroom , and wash basin are clean, paper towels and proper hand soap provided.
Appointment system, and yes, non crowded attendance, this is what we call personalization.
This is not an economic normal dental clinic, but the works get done professionally.

β β β β β Very good experience with this clinic. Dr Xhion was very knowledgeable, detailed and provided honest advice for my concerns and queries. He was super gentle with my teeth scaling procedure, felt painless and relaxed throughout. Will definitely be coming back for future treatments with him!

Receptionist is cheerful and good service.
Dentist and nurse are nice and polite, patiently advise while doing scaling and polishing. Enjoyed the "0" pain dental cleaning even just first time taking it. =D
Really enjoyed and definitely will visit again for my next cleaning

β β β β β This is the best dental clinic I have ever been. The team of dentists in this clinic is awesome. My utmost commendation goes to Dr Mabel Wu. She did a marvelous job in fixing my new crown and it was perfectly done. The entire procedure is painless. She was so patience throughout the long procedures. She was very understanding on my concerns and helped to expedite on the lab process for the making of crown as I had to travel out of Malaysia soon. She was very gentle throughout the procedure and told me don't be shy to inform her if I feel pain even if the pain score is so minimal like pain score of 1 over 10, so that she will adjust the crown for me to ensure it fits me comfortably. I have multiple revision of the crown done and finally it fits me well and perfect......all thanks to Dr Mabel Wu for her kindness, dedication, passion, patience and professionalism.
