★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently rented a honda city which was brilliant. No issue at all and the car was well maintained. The only down side was during picking up the car where the process took 30mins because the staff wasn't in his mood of working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a Bezza through an app/website called CarFlexi. On the voucher and receipt we received upon the booking of the car, the total rent for renting the car was RM135.00. However, upon pick-up of the car, the staff at that time mentioned that we were to pay RM190.00 as no payment had been made. Long story short, there are problems with both CarFlexi and the rental company themselves. The staff mentioned that CarFlexi has brought a lot of problems to them, so, my question is, why not terminate the partnership if they bring you so many problems? Secondly, they mentioned that CarFlexi was only charging us for one-day rental fee i.e. RM95.00 when in fact, it should be 2 days as our rental duration is more than 24 hours. Then again, why did you accept my booking and not check the details before confirming it and only threatening us with the fact that you can actually cancel the booking when we were picking it up? Of course, like I said, there are problems with both parties. The entire pick-up process took us nearly an hour and take note, they do not work on Sundays and Public Holidays. We were told to pay the staff an extra RM40.00 for booking a car on a Sunday as we have to pay them for overtime, we requested for a receipt yet no official receipt has been issued, if you know, you know. They did not even state about this policy either on the website or their car rental booths; in fact, we have the absolute right to report this to the relevant governmental department. I just hope an increasing number of people become more cautious of dealing with this rental company and extra cautious with bookings made on CarFlexi to prevent similar situations from happening.
