★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's some parking right outside if you can get it. If you have bad knees and can't do too much stairs, you won't have that problem here because everything is on one level.
Don't think I can say much about the massage experience here cos ymmv, but in these current times, they're all mostly local masseuses now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fully booked and hard to secure appointment and was just told today credits have expired and wasnt aware package had an expiry. Also bad customer service as they could have informed us credits about to expire rather than telling us after it has expired. Tried to reason out with front desk staff, excuse is too many customers to monitor. Bad customer service. Think twice before going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the Thai masseuse has left Malaysia and still cant make it back yet. As a replacement there are a group of Sabahans who are well trained as their replacements. Booking recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is disappointing to say the least. I used to go to either ss2 branch or uptown branch but decided to give this one a try today. The massuese pulled on my skin and it was so painful. She was all over the place, it was a very uncomfortable 90 minutes (I did the Thai massage). And worst of all, I came out of it with a sore neck.
Horrible. This is why they take your money before the session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at first I have no issue with the service from this BU branch, i.e. massage was okay. Then this issue happened when i booked 2 weeks in advance a massage for 3 pax and on the D-day when I came, the staff told me they only have 2 masseur ready & easily asked me to go for the other nearby branch. How could it be? they only said sorry, with no compensation at all. Today when i want to book for tomorrow's appointment knowing that I use LAZ* voucher which i cannot use at that time due to above incident, they said i should book 2 days in advance & told me 'anyway you have issue also with your voucher last time, right?' regardless i have issue with my voucher, I can still pay cash if the masseur was ready. My issue is more because they have WRONGLY allocated the masseur to others but they refuse to admit it. what a bad customer service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly enjoyed my 90 mins Thai oil massage (lavender) with staff S880. It was perfect and I was completely relaxed. I am normally quite sensitive to bruising so would always opt for soft pressure when going for massages. This one was just right. My partner went for the 90 mins Thai massage with staff S898 which he thoroughly enjoyed as well. Will definitely come again!

Many branches convenient to all who likes massage a lots.. all masseuse are well trained.. well done to all staff & masseuse.. Superb service. Love the massage here.. my all time favourite~~
