β β β β β The best customer service ever, the housekeeping is good, all stuffs well arranged and displayed, you can look for whatever kitchenware you want, is just all there. I am a regular customer there, almost all my kitchenware was brought from Hin Huat.

β β β β β My daughter and I went to this shop. Before going, my daughter called the shop and they said that they will close at 6 pm. We reached the shop at 5.30 pm. I wanted to buy a Zebra brand 7.5L whistling kettle and the price was Rm 239.90 without any discount. There was a defect on the handle of the first kettle. At 5.40 pm, while we were checking the second kettle for defects, all their Indian and Malay staff surrounded us, became very impatient and spoke loudly at us for taking so long time because the shop was closing. One skinny male Indian staff came and shouted at us. Even the cashier (male owner of the shop) told us that "the whole village" was waiting for us. All of them were SO damn rude and service was horrendous. When I went to pay at the counter, the owner said cash, no credit card, because he has shut down his computer, despite knowing that I wanted to buy the kettle. We left and we bought an identical kettle at another shop nearby, Uware Supplies Enterprise, for Rm 210 and the service at this other shop was SO good, even their foreign workers were so polite. This was really a blessing in disguise for us.

β β β β β Almost all of your kitchen needs can be found here. From woks to cleavers. HOWEVER, their staff will tail you around the whole shop treating you like a prospective shoplifter. Extremely annoying. This seems to be the modus operandi of most shops in the vicinity. Items are slightly overpriced but a discount will be given upon check out. Strange.

β β β β β Good kitchenware shop. Plenty of interesting items. Prices are a hit & miss. Friendly & helpful staff. Bought a good aluminum wok, melamine plates & some utensils. Parking is difficult in the area.

Today I went into the shop trying to get a stock pot that is suitable for making soup for 2 people. When I entered, I asked about stock pot and was helped by a good bald young guy at the counter and provided a magnet to test the pot for the induction cooker, and even suggested a pot brand suitable for induction.
Then there is an old thin uncle who starts serving me. I told him my stock pot requirement and usage, but his response did not help. I took a pic of the stock pot and sent it to my family to ask for feedback on it. I was then asked if I was an "advertiser" [i have no idea what he even mean] . I calmly explained I am a customer and also purchased here before (previously I got served by an old makcik and indian aunty, they are both friendly and helpful).
While waiting for feedback from my family (the internet connection was bad inside the shop), I was looking at other stuff and saw some tupperware containers that I wanted in metal type instead of plastic. I asked the old uncle he mentioned they don't have metal type. When I walked around, I saw a kind of metal container with a lid which I can use to make gelato, and I took 2 pics of 2 sizes and its lid,
I was then accused of being an "advertiser" and 'wasting their time serving customers like me'. I was totally irritated by the tone of the old uncle. I got irritated and when I mentioned I will just leave, the old uncle mentioned "just go, leave" (in cantonese). I walked out in anger.
Probably it will be the last time i will step into the shop. If that old uncle is your family member, the owner please ask him to stay home instead. He is helping you to "pour rice"/εη±³. If he is your employee, you can fire him. If I ever step in again, I would like to request him to get out of my sight.
