โ โ โ โ โ Tucked quietly on the 1st floor above The Basket Shop (nearby Moontree House) lies a quaint restaurant with interesting deco and delicious favourites.
Walking past Basket Shop, take a peek up to the first floor and you'll see an elaborate welcoming to Heritage 1957 (as in photos). Greeted by a friendly lady, you can proceed to view menu via scanning QR code at your table.
The food came quite fast (time was 9.15am, Tuesday, Thaipusam public holiday).
While waiting for the food, it's worth admiring the several pastelp/oil paintings all over the restaurant. Didn't take pics to respect the artist's work as the beautiful paintings were framed and displayed for sale. The paintings were mostly themed on Malaysia heritage.
When the food arrived (Sarawak Laksa and Kon Loh Mee with BBQ chicken), both were relatively delicious. With so many items on the menu, most likely will visit again.

โ โ โ โ โ Price is ok, but I don't recommend dining here, just drink is ok. Super slow food preparation. It's 2pm and only 3 tables full include mine, total 11pax, and our table was the first table serving as one of the table already done eating, just chit chat, another table guest came in 10min after us.
The butter chicken rice (picture below) takes almost 45min to prepare.... and the last table guest they just give up and cancel the food, pay the drink and left... Such a "great speed", now I have to pay for an extra hour of parking fees.
ps. they complain the 3rd table customer who cancel the food and already left saying they order slow.... LOL ?... Hello?!! we (3pax) and them (2pax) are the only ordering cux.... did the owner and staff see others we din't see??

โ โ โ โ โ i brought a few of our friends here on Sunday 6.2.2022 , despite many tables were occupied , we got served in less that 30 minutes even we can clearly see the shorts of staff (may be due to CNY holidays ) . My favorite Sarawak Laksa remain as tasty .. strongly recommended ...

โ โ โ โ โ We went there almost closing time but the owner was kind enough to let us dine in. Moreover, we went with young kids. We ordered waffle and sandwiches. They were delicious and artistically crafted. Enjoyed our food and ambience. Definitely will go again

โ โ โ โ โ Nice and clean cafe with friendly service. It is showcasing paintings/ drawings that will be changed monthly. Good selection of local and western food. The Sarawak Laksa that I had came with 2 big delicious prawns and the Laksa was good and big portion. 25% is offered if dine between 3-5pm or before 11am. Serving breakfast with local and western selection. The cafe is located at the first floor few shops away from Luckin Kopitiam and near to the MRT Pasar Seni.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice ambience. Very spacious and tidy. It is an art gallery and a cafe at the same time. I love that concept. I can browse through the art pieces hang on wall while waiting for my food. Menu offered is variety enough with oriental and western food. Food taste and presentation are satisfactory. Toilet is clean too.
