★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the opportunity to work with Nash to renovate my new condo. His design is very modern and very up to date with the current trends. I only had to tell him my vision for the place and he delivered it perfectly. His workers are very courteous and was very willing to help me with any additional job that I thought of at the last minute. Workmanship is of very high quality and the job is done on time. For any hiccups along the way, Nash always informs me beforehand and gets the issue settled very quickly. I will use Heritage Concepts again if I do get another place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heritage concepts completed renovation of my house that includes piping, hacking, tiling, glass roof, sliding doors etc. Nash provided good recommendation on how to design the toilets, and give good suggestion on the wall and floor tiles of the house. He is very responsive and his staffs completed the tasks on time. highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did renovation of some bathrooms, yard area and balcony for our condo and was served by Nash; very happy and delighted with the outcome. Below some information that might be helpful to others if you want to consider Heritage Concepts-
Quotation: Very detailed breakdown of costs provided, including everytime we had amendments. This shows high level of transparency, very unlike other companies who just drop you a lump sum figure. Allows you to work through the items you want to purchase on your own.
Customer Service: Very responsive from the day before getting our businesses until after-sales when needed some touch up etc. done.
Design and knowledge: For those who feel like you don't know what you want, then it's good to know someone who can provide suggestions. From colors/patterns, to type of material, what to include, where to place, Nash will be able to advice you.
Workmanship Quality: Very nice details when you look closely, everything is very well constructed and delivered to ensure nothing is out of place.
Finally, you are being served directly by the owner. You can't get anything better than that! Highly recommended if you are considering renovating your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Nash the owner of Heritage Concepts since 2007. My initial interaction with him was to fix a grill for my front door and the scope was expanded to install grills in all my windows which was fabricated at his factory. Subsequently in 2010, when I renovated my house, I used Heritage Concepts for all my interior and exterior works. ie windows, grills, doors, plumbing, electrical, bathroom fittings, wardrobe, tiles, water features etc. I found their work very thorough and of good quality. Nash was very engaging and always at the site to give me good suggestions and recommendations, he's also an expert in interior designing. His workers are very trustworthy and humble. Until now, I am using Nash for all my maintenance works and their service is very good and prompt. I would recommend Nash / Heritage Concepts for any renovations and rebuilding works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing of engaging Nash for renovation works is that you can trust him to complete the job to the highest quality with the least amount of supervision and within the agreed timescale. This is something unique to his organization. I was not around when the renovation to my house was done but Nash kept me constantly updated with videos and picture.
The work was also completed in time and it was of superior quality.
Right at the start of your renovation adventure, Nash will be able to provide good advice on what can be provided for all budgets. He will be meticulous in explaining all the aspects of the renovation right from the type of tiles that can be purchased within the budget, the pitfalls that the renovation might encounter, the areas of the renovation which will need additional attention and other unforeseen costs that you might encounter.
Step 2 of the renovation will be working with Nash to finalise the budget. Nash will provide a quotation which will cover every single aspect of the renovation. Material costs, labour charges and any additional items required are provided in clear detail. The quotation is extremely clear and very detailed and this was a great help in tracking costs of the renovation, especially if you were to add additional work or new material.
The rest of the renovation will be smooth. Nash will provide constant updates and also will provide advice to any specific queries. He will also provide suggestions and recommendations along the way. Customer service is very good. In general you can trust the job to run smooth and not be worried over any unforeseen costs and problems.
Nash also provides very good after sales service. In General, he will give a warranty on his workmanship and material. He will respond to any queries even after the work is completed.
Nash can also provide additional services such as defect checking and he assisted me to prepare a report for a problem I had in my home due to the negligence of the developer.

Recently Heritage Concepts refurbished my entire washroom, which include removal of all existing wall tiles, floor tiles replace with new pieces , redo all water piping, water proofing, wiring, installation of mixer, toilet bowl , plaster ceiling, new basin with new basin top and etc.
The team is dedicated on their work with great passion and patient in execution, they also gave great idea on how the work should be done with new concept and interior design idea. if you are a very demanding person with high quality and finishing workmanship in mind, Heritage Concepts should be on your top priority list for dependable with great services , thumb up !

His team is also very attentive and diligent in executing the work. He provides regular and good updates along the way so I was always aware of the progress. I was also very satisfied with the quality of the work, the follow-up work post renovation and the final outcome of the renovation.
Highly recommended if you are looking to renovate your home.
