A	Anusha Rajindra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was easy access to brinchang and ringlet. They also have many convenience store, bank nearby just 5 mins away. About the the room it was very clean staffs were friendly. All the requests was given immediate. Just disappointed with the bathtub it has has some stain on it.. they did try to wash it again unfortunately the stain was still there so we didn’t use it. Breakfast - they served buffet breakfast, they did not had many choice. I would not Recommend to have your stay including your breakfast.
J	Jack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay in Cameron Highlands. Room is big and comfortable. Courteous and efficent staff service. Experienced bad wifi as need to reconnect several times eventually giving up. Breakfast is average. The cornflakes taste bland and coffee is thin. The management should provide better quality food instead of using cheap stuff for such an establishment.
P	Palaiapan Bama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom not clean. The room has ants on the the tables and we cant keep anything on the table. Even where the mugs were kept, there are ants as well. The bathroom poorly been maintained. Definately I wont comeback to this hotel.
K	Kirito SAO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite hotel previously but now not longer due to that the old Chef is no longer there and no more old menu only has a new menu that is the same as other hotel offers. Unlike old times they have their own burger signature that i really enjoy and will book this hotel every time I come to Cameron Highlands.
W	WM Hanif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room: Superior twin Pro: nice building with a english cottage style theme. Nearby with all the necessity in the area and can walk to all the nearby attractions. Parking is free for guest. Cons: greeted with pile of dusts and hair lying on all corners of the room. Room much needed for a renovation and repairs, toilet stenched with damp smell.
g	gshock active on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place.clean and very calm when night.surrounding area is so beautiful and tidy. the room is spacious.water pressure is in optimum condition. Hot water is working properly.the bed is comfy the balcony is clean.the breakfast and dinner got limited choices but delicious. Unfortunately the housekeeping rude. I ask her to wait because i want to shower before outing.but she answered me with smirking face that she will not come again if i not allow her to clean the room. Her helper got smelly foot and i have to spray a perfume and open window to let the smell away. Overall this hotel is best to stay.
P	Parrot Brand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Established hotel and nice location in a quiet hill. Very old hotel and in need of refurbishment. Some improvements made during the Covid lockdown but still much to update and maintain. Room is fairly clean but old bed linen and toilet appliances not functioning very well. This rating is based on the price I paid which was about rm180 per night. I understand sometimes the rate can be over rm200 which I think is overpriced. Good thing about this hotel is that it has ample parking. It is located on a quiet hill not that far from shops in Tanah Rata. It is walkable to and fro despite not having any short cuts to the shops. Although the place is nice and quiet, you are not immune to the inconsiderate Malaysians who continue to make noise late into the night and those who do nothing to control their kids. I like the fact that the rooms have balconies though. Of all the places I have stayed in CH, this place seems to have the lowest temperature maybe because it is far from other buildings and is located on a more secluded hill. This is the only place I can hear owls at night. I do not understand why they must continue to run the fountain/water feature throughout the night. It creates continuous noise. Maybe otherwise all you hear are owls and may be creepy for some people. Overall, the stay was good and without problems.
M	Menaka Nair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Hotels exterior looks great. Room was pleasant and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. My only comment is on the bathroom’s cleanliness. It looks very unclean. The tiles need good scrubbing. A 3-star hotel can do better than that I guess.
