★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for Christmas holiday was quite disappointed with the apartment we stayed in.
We booked the 3 bedroom apartment.
Pro’s
1. 3 bedroom apartment came with attached bathroom which was good and surprising
2. the hall was spacious the rooms was okey
3. Like the way how to check in it was safe
4. There was near by stalls around the apartment
Con’s
1. The water heater and the flow of water was really really extremely bad ...... the hot water was like cold water
2. The curtains and bedsheet has stain on it and was dirty
3. The plug in the room was sparking and it was so dangerous
For the price it was okey only ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unit that I rent was L02-08, if possible avoid this unit at all cost as it was in terrible condition especially the toilet, it was leaking and some of the cyling was broken and was not replaced. The shower area was really small you wont be able to stretch your arm. The balkony area was not being maintained, not clean at all.

1. No remote to watch tv
2. No lighting on 1 bedroom.
3. No towel
4. curtain are broken.
5. lift are out of service. Imagine that you're climbing to 6th floor with big laggage.
conclusion : this hotel is not ready for a visitor.
best part : room are spacious

1) Apartment was spacious and suitable for family
2) Complete kitchen utensil and equipment including microwave and fridge

1) Not provided towel & tissue
2) Parking was outside the building. Need to walk to the top of car park for check in. Can't park inside the building
3) Garbage bin only provided on living area. Not in each room even in toilet.
4) Bathroom shower was leaking
5) Smelly mattress
6) Not provided iron in apartmen. Ironing on level 3 only. So u have to walk and bring your clothes to that level. Wth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this review at 1.23am as I can’t sleep due to noisy neighbours upstairs. Complaint to the receptionist since 11pm but it doesn’t stop them. It totally ruin our holiday with such uncivil tenants and such poor sound insulation. We are checking out later in the morning after one night here even we booked for two. So stay away.
