★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my mother to get a bag for her. She also wanted to look at some scarves (it would be her first H scarf) but the Sales Assistant there was so unbothered by our questions. My mom was taken aback and I feel demotivated into looking at anything in this store. It was the worst service I've ever gotten. And by the way the SA is Amy. Amy if you're reading this, please show some respect for elderly people. Would love to see other people treat mothers well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I assume Hermes Pavilion is not interested to get new customers. It is so difficult to enter the boutique during weekend. Had 2 fail attempts in my 2 last visits to Pavilion. First time, the door was locked. Waited for 5-10 minutes but no one came and no one was seen near the door to inquire. Today, was told that waiting time is 1 hour - although I did not see many customers inside and saw staff can still chatting with each other.
Once this year, I did manage to enter and was looking for a specific watch model. It was a young SA and maybe a newbie too because she showed me wrong model instead. When asked further, she was unable to answer immediately, gone for awhile and returned while I have already found the model I wanted on display. Poor knowledge and poor customer service. When we were about to leave, we passed by 2-3 older SA who were busy chatting with each other, but why didn't they assisted us instead?
Other luxury brands have already step up and focus on providing the best customer experience, but Hermes Pavilion is a disappointment. Better go to Hermes boutique in The Gardens instead.

rich customers and it makes them rich too and can look down on people that visiting their store ? When ask for
Constance mini ( they say impossible to get) with that kind of tone and look . Maybe I’m not vip so this is the treatment I should get Izit ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked the staff to show what’s the best way to tie a Twilly on the bag, both were already purchased. Senior Malay male staff said very condescendingly, “you know.. these kind of things you can find on YouTube yourself”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited quite a few luxury brand stores in Pavilion but Hermes definitely has the worst service. Staff are proud and looking down on customers. As what other reviews said.. I do agree they are only looking out for their VIP clients and not keen on getting new clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I have with branded outlets. SAs don’t really bother with what you want, with one just keep checking his mobile when talking to me. I know we are not here to buy 2 or 5 bags at one shots, but if you don’t care about one-off shoppers like us, why open a boutique in the first place?

SA just point and tell you the items are on display.
Some display items are only for display then.
What's the point of having the shop if the stock is only for existing customers. They should go to their house to serve them since they don't sell services / welcome new / existing customers.
