★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy parking. Most items are available in the store. Come early and you'll get fresher produce. Easy access for toilet and few restaurants surroundings. Their homemade bread and pastries are good too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience in this market where the cashier is kinda rude for talking bad about their customer. I was asking just for 1 plastic bag, then suddenly the cashier and her friend(both girls) who is putting the groceries in the bag was gossiping and insinuate on why I choose 1 bag instead of 2 since they claimed that I have a lot of items. But turns out everything can fit on one bag. Although they were lowering their voice, I can clearly hear their conversation saying "Agak agaklah nak ambil 1 bag, barang banyak kot". I did not forced them to pick one bag, they can pick more if they want to. It's kinda rude how they treat the customers. This happened on 22/12/2021 in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good at first but on the 3rd time my husband went on grocery shopping here he didnt notice there was an item added to his bill, it was a knife worth 33.60rm which he didnt buy. We weren't able to check our receipt the same day bcoz we became busy coz we have a baby. I was so disappointed because I like this shop. Hope this would not happen again.

2. Variety of goods are available, reasonable & fresh but they still need to improve with their seafood (fish especially)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paranoid security measures - they rush to you to zip-tie your grocery bag before entry, as if any thief would be that blatant. or maybe they encourage shoppers to pay for their plastic bags to save the hassle.
when asked, the cashier was quick to blame shoppers for stealing - that there were many cases in the past. but seeing the standard Hero shopping flow layout (like other Hero outlets) with scanners at entry/exit points, cctv cameras everywhere and it's location smack in the middle of government offices where shoppers are mostly government people - this would be very unlikely, if not impossible. the only people that get regular bonuses these days would resort to stealing? come on.
the staff are not too friendly even when it's not at peak hours. apparently you can't even ask anything at the cashier with a closed counter. perhaps they're not happy working there? maybe they're the ones that steal the goods then blame it on the shoppers? management might want to investigate further because everybody hates being harassed at the entrance as if we're all petty criminals. on top of having to deal with rude staff while shopping and at checkout.
i won't be coming back anytime soon since parking is a hassle anyways - you need a credit card to park in the temporarily vacant government building gazette across the road (used to be free, since it's not meant to be a parking lot), which takes forever to read your card and lift the boom gate.
