β β β β β Can you pls improve your customer service? Been trying to call to book an appt for 2 days. The line was ringing in the beginning, no one answered. After that they deactivated the line or something? It doesnβt even get through!

β β β β β A very well equipped Service Centre. This is where we get our car serviced. Service staff is friendly.
It is a busy place so it is best to make an appointment for your visit.
For customers waiting for their cars, a spacious lounge is available for work or relaxation. Complimentary WiFi & refreshments are included. Big thumbs up for these facilities for a comfortable customer experience.
There is also a mini canteen if you want to order a full meal.

β β β β β They are always short of mechanics. I have to wait from 8 in the morning to 1 PM just to get the media player checked.
The service advisor could have told me on the phone IN ADVANCE that I have to wait for 5 hours in the shop. I would have opted for other Toyota service center or reschedule for a different day.
I have to remind the service advisor to make a appointment or else she would not have called me back.
I would not suggest this premise to any Toyota car owners as this incident shows the person in charge is absence of courtesy and understanding where time is precious for all of us.
