Menu items were priced very reasonably and the food was very tasty, especially sambal and spices that went really well with sotong, petai and went extremely well with the plain rice. Western dishes , such as chicken chop were fried and not grilled. It appears that Western dishes took a significantly longer time to serve as I waited really long for the Chicken Chop, and also noticed that next table's order of Fish N Chips also was served with quite long a wait as well, it being the only dish the next table was waiting for, albeit them being seated earlier than my table occupancy. Overall it was a nice lunch and would certainly revisit to savour the tastiness of the local varieties on the menu.

Asam Pedas use fresh fish, what makes a kick in the mouth ?. Nice place with a cozy ambience. Ohh ohh, also try their Chicken Roll Lorbak. Recommended !!!

We took curry chicken rice and kapitan chicken rice, it was really tasty, we like it even if it was a little too spicy for our European tongue. The service was perfect, the waiter explained us all the local plate specificity. I highly recommande the place !!!
