★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HLA is a nice brand. However im not satisfied with the service of Eko cheras branch. The staff is not friendly, it seems like they are not ready to serve. Beside that, they are not wearing face mask when they are serving customers. Everyone is putting effort to fight against during this pandemic. I wonder if the branch there is following SOP or not. I hope managment could take action towards this or else I believe that it may affect the image of HLA.
Once again I love the product from HLA. This complaint is towards the staff’s attitude and behaviour, not about HLA brand company. I would love to give praise to the staff from Mytown HLA. Their service is great and the take initiative to serve. Thank you.
