★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not personally meet this salesman, Jay, but I know that this person was trying to help me and give me the best offer and allow me to collect the stock at the nearest branch. Part of his good customer service. However, I had bad experience with customer service at other branch. Please improve as I saw other customers were complaining about the same issue. Be more attentive to the customers like USJ salesmen. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the sales staff on 4/2/2021 (6:45pm) - an Indian lady (could be Sikh) seems to be in her late 30s early 40s. She isn’t interested in selling and more glued to her smartphone than furnishing her customers. We ended up buying about 3 items from the electric shop right next to it thanks to the friendly sales staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with this purchase.Bought 2 electrical items and they charged me RM60 per item which comes to RM120 for 2 items.The distance of delivery not even 5km.When called them they said no refund and if you want then come to the ship and discuss.sending 2 big electrical items to same place but charge 2 delivery(RM120).
So meaning if I buy 10 items to same location will be RM600?
End of the day the outlet manager refunded RM60.Aslo time delivery is so bad,promised 11am they come at 1300pm.So what is the use of giving you a contact number?
Hope you guys educated your delivery people and DO NOT SIMPLY JUST CHARGE PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely rude sales person Sam.. Didn't assist me properly for the air cond warranty registration and yet speaks rudely to me. Didn't provide the serial number for the compressor and expect me to register my warranty online..Still have the guts to tell me to solve the problems my self and hang up my call while I haven't finish talking. You should have provide the bloody serial number to customer before selling!!! and keep on telling me keeping the invoice will do
my compressor is on the roof and don't expect the customer to climb and check the serial number!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time purchase and was served by a Punjabi sales lady. Lack of product knowledge and did not offer any advice to customer. Also, she was playing her mobile phone throughout the selection process and I have to interrupt her few times for product information. Saw many comments on the shop's service and I think the owner probably will not consider improving customer experience.
