โ โ โ โ โ I have oily skin for many years, that is why i having a lots of open pores. I visited Ko Clinic to get some advices and recommendation of products. They recommended me a very good products and now my skin improved.

โ โ โ โ โ I received my laser treatment three months ago. It was really expensive. Basically the doctor just used the equipment to laser a few tiny areas on my face and it costs me about RM1,000+. Their treatment are standard with the aid of equipment. I give 1-star because one of the scars on my face did not disappear after the treatment. Follow-up after the treatment is not being well treated by the doctor. Furthermore, I don't feel being welcomed by their staffs. This clinic staffs' services really need to improve.

โ โ โ โ โ Super easy to make appointment via WhatsApp. The staff were all friendly and professional (enhanced screening measures coz COVID). Dr Chan (I think thatโs his name) very friendly, nice, and easy going. Milia removal procedure very fast, and no one tries to sell you anything (zero pressure at all). All in all, very fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Did my co2 laser close to 3 weeks now. Bfore the treatment I bought a skin brightener from them...it made my face itchy so obviously i was allergic to it. I rang the clinic and was told to stop using the product
Anyway I went for my laser and now the dark pigmenration is gone but left dark patches on my face .thats fine..considering its still fairly early after the laser.
However..i can't use any of the dr ko products ie spf cream...serum..and skin brightner.
I would like to return the products..but they have not offered an alternative.
Let me get bck to them Monday.

โ โ โ โ โ Would like to thanks klinik dr ko usj doctor and staff for the wonderful experience, treatment is good, staff is professional and approachable. I have acne and sensitive skin, after few treatment and with using dr ko skin care, my skin is much better now, i am more confidence. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my son here a few times before, but the past 2 times was very disappointing. Told the Dr that my sons eczema was not the usual flare up, ask them could it be something more serious like fungal or bacterial infection, Dr completely dismissed it without even inspecting, gave steroid and their soap, charge over rm500 for the visit.
After 2-3 weeks, the symptoms worsen, came for the follow up. Dr said its just eczema and allergy, increase dosage of steroid and that's it.
Luckily we brought our son to another specialist that confirmed right away, that it was fungal infection. Such a waste of time and money. My son is only a small child, suffer so long because of Dr's negligence. Doctors here only interested in making quick bucks and not actually treating patients. Two different doctors ya from this clinic dismissed his condition. Will never go here again, and will definitely share my horrid experience with everyone I know!!

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended! The doctor is being nice to his patients and also pretty caring. I have inflammation on my face and the pimple become pretty big (it can consider as scary tho). The doctor give an injection on the pimples. I was crying during treatment and the doctor keep comforting me.
