Actually I am co fused why people are lining up for this. The taste is not much impressive in my opinion. And also the taste is not my preference at all. But the price is very reasonable and the toppings are generous.

Not as good as the 'original' Hokkein Mee with pork lard but this Halal version is not bad. The pork lard was replaced with crispy chicken skin instead. Waiting time is long, about half an hour. For a small plate costing RM7, I was surprised that they had put only one small prawn and a few slices of chicken. They have a limited choice of drinks - you may choose Chinese tea, Coke or Kickapoo.

Finally, we got to taste the halal Hokkien mee here. We were there 5 minutes early before the opening time at 5pm and obviously we were the first one there. This was our earliest dinner ever! LOL..Not many people around this hour , which was perfect! Just be sure not to have heavy lunch before you come here or else you might not be able to finish the food as the portion is quite generous. I kinda like the gravy for the Loh Mee. It was delicious with a tinge of sourness from vinegar and the gravy thickness was just nice. It didn't feel too starchy nor too watery. I am not fond of fried chicken skin though but somehow the combination with the Loh Mee and Hokkien Mee is perfect. Will come back here again and try out their other dishes soon.

After all the reviews, I had to try this place out. It's run by a Chinese Muslim family so you can speak Cantonese here as well. We had both the hokkien and Cantonese noodles. Both are halal and even without pork, it's very decent. Authenticity is about 7 of a non halal type.

It's a small stall in old town pj run by Chinese Muslims. Serving several mee dishes. Reasonable pricing with average taste. Can manage to get a parking lot nearby popular for take away.

Whilst exploring the suburbs of Petaling Jaya for bookstore, decided to stop by this place and trying their famous Hokkien Mee, as this is a halal place we have heard good reviews about the place. This looks like a family run place, the daughter of the owner served us, she's friendly and fast, eventhough they were quite busy, she was cheerful and accomodative. The noodles themselves were really good, the hokkien mee was simple yet delicious. The crispy chicken skin provided a bite and texture. The side of sambal and cili padi made it even better. The cantonese noodle was also good but not as outstanding as the hokkien noodle. Recommended.

Have to wait for an hour for the food! Good thing that I've arrived earlier than anticipated. However having said that, it's probably one of the best noodle meals I've had in my life! The taste is absolutely mouthwatering, and even though the portion is quite okay, it's definitely will leave you wanting more. The only thing that I would probably complain in terms of the meal is probably the condiments are quite tiny. Only 2 piece of prawns and a few meat. I'll probably be coming back to taste the Cantonese noodle next. Recommended (although be prepared to wait quite long)
