★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously not good, the wi-fi and signal here was so bad. The kitchen had mould and there were at least 5 cockroaches that was roaming around the place. The floorboards are also not steady and very loose. The bathtub was also full of mould at the sides and did not fill up at all. There were also some things that were broken like the door holder, the stoves would not turn on, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible check in experience. There is no front desk service even tho it was written in the Agoda description that there is. We had to waste the international roaming fee to call the property. We were then informed that it's actually a self check in facility and we have to get the keys from a convenient shop. Why wasn't these instructions sent to us prior to us arriving here and walking round and round to find the reception? Even tho it's cheap, it's really not worth the hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and i found it hard to sleep well in this place. With stains on bedsheets in both rooms, saw 5 cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom killed most, cigarette buds outside the balcony not cleared. Bathroom was mouldy. Agoda email and mobile contact was not updated and had to contact Agoda support to obtain new number. Check in time was 3pm and check out was at 11am. Key collection was from a F&B 24 outlet. 200RM deposit required via touchngo app.
