★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here many times, it is small and clean enough for me as a single man. This trip, i was here for my fathers funeral, i had to leave early and they did not want to refund my last unused 2 nights. I got it in the end but it was a fight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in this hotel for two times for business purposes. This hotel is quite near from KTM Subang Jaya.
The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was quite okay.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The door of the toilet can be seen from the outside (need to cover using the towel -___-)
Iron is upon request . It is very irritating to wait for my turn which end up not ironing the clothes because other guest not returning the iron on time. It is recommended for the hotel to provide a room only for ironing purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is quite hot eventhough they said the aircond takes time to cold. We left it open from the night till evening but it's not cold at all. The toilet flush got problem. If u looking for a place to sleep only maybe u can consider this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worst budget hotel. Stay for family room. (3 adult) .Poor maintenance and slow customers service. Not provide towel during check in. After request to receptionist, she gave me only 2 reject towel. Dirty bedsheet and pillowcase maybe this hotel not change for several customers. (Got hair everywhere in bedsheet). Limited parking lot and congested during office hr until 12 midnight. Mattress defect (spring spoilt) Dirty washroom due to poor maintenance and cleaning. Room have mini fridge but not suitable and have safety issue. Don’t have power socket near bed and table.
Positive about this hotel: large mirror & have large window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience staying here. When we first checked - in into this hotel room A, the room smelled mouldy. Then, I found out the toilet was fauty only after finishing my business. Also, my family members noticed the sliding window doesn't come with a lock!
I then proceed to the receptionist at ground floor to request change of room. I couldn't understand her english because most of the time, she is mumbling. Fortunately, she did allowed us to change to another room.
After entering the hotel room b, it was another dissapointment because of dirty pillow case. Upon checking it, the pillow case has some greasy stains on it. However, when we tried to request a new pillowcase, the female receptionist diclined our request as she said they already locked their cabinet of fresh new bedsheets.
One more thing! the paints on the wall are starting chipping off and exposed wire are just above your head at the bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the heart of the city, you get access to the most delicious local food mamak store. There are also Japanese and western cuisine next to the hotel. Very unique design and artistic views from the lobby to the room. 3 star worthy of hotel indeed. The views are not that well in my opinion as it is located near the highways. But if you're not there for views and just for stay, don't bother about it. There's a functioning lift. The room everything works well. But the problem is the air conditioning isnt working really well in my room. It was cool but wasn't cold enough that I sweated at night with my blankets on.. weird. I hope they maintain the facilities more often...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotels amenities are very bad the shower head was not working properly and the toilet is very rusty we were given a different room as the room that we were given cannot be open go we went to the receptionist and they gave us a different room. The room that was given to us is not functioning properly they do not have properly bed sheets and the bed springs have poked multiple hole through the bed the television is also having bad connection and constant static the only thing about the room that was great is that the air conditioner is cold and able to keep us through the night even though it wasnt properly maintained.
