โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Anjali has very good knowledge of Ayurveda. She has a unique way of treating her patients holistically and also make you aware of your body constitution so that you can take care of yourself even when treatment is over. She helped me change my outlook towards my health and well-being. Now Iโm aware of what is best for my body type. I would highly recommend Dr. Anjali for holistic well being.
Vallu is a good and experienced masseur. I keep going to him for good massage atleast twice a month. Ayurvedic massage is very effective and relaxing. I usually take 10 massage package, which cost me around 850 RM. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Best place for a good massage and I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when the masseur adjusting various parts of the body & stretching or massaging based on whatโs needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. In comparison to a massage from a place like Arogya; my experience here felt way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days.
I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

โ โ โ โ โ I had been suffering from lower back pain (Disc Bulging) from last two years and have gone through medication ,physiotherapy and chiropractic session. These procedures has relived the pain but only for a short while. Then i got in tough with Arogya Holistic care and Dr Anjali, with in a month after 14 session of ayurvedic oils and massage i have found a great relief and was back to the normal life style.
Apart from that Dr Anjali has performed a thorough analysis to find the root cause of the pain. As per my doctors in hospital i needed a surgery to overcome the pain but Ayurveda and Dr Anjali has achieved the same with out a surgery.
I really appreciate the way they explain things and at any point you will not be misguided.

โ โ โ โ โ I came to Arogya with a severe sciatica nerve pain and might have had a disc prolapse and it was resolved within a week with the treatment and in the process the medications and strict diet helped me loose 5kgs. Definitely I feel lighter and with some lifestyle adjustments, I hope to reduce more weight.. I plan to continue Ayurveda treatments with Arogya to heal internally. 2 things that stands out with Arogya is the Doctor Anjali's approach to diagnosis and her prescription to resolving internal health problems is convincing. Even the masseur is knowledgeable and lively.

โ โ โ โ โ I highly recommend Holistic Aroghya for amazing experience of Ayurveda oil massage and podi kizhi . The oil massage is wonderful and very relaxing .I come with multiple nerve problem on my both hand.Now,I'm able to move and do my daily activities without much difficulties .
โ Thank's to Dr.Anjali Rajeev and also Ms.Raji the massage therapists for a wonderful therapy .I very much recommend Holistic Aroghya to all.The place is very clean and calm and staff are very professional and friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ I had an extremely positive experience at Holistic Arogya. I visited Dr.Anjali for my constant body aches. With her profound knowledge and correct diagnosis based on Ayurveda Dr.Anjali was able to get me back on track.
My body, especially food habits needed to be guided. With Dr.Anjaliโs diagnosis and prescriptions my body pains healed. There was also a great improvement in my energy levels and lifestyle management.
Dr.Anjali also suggested a massage therapy with Ms.Raji. She was extremely caring during the sessions. Also Ms.Rajiโs therapy skills are really good and healing.
So overall a big thank you to all the Holistic Arogya staff.
