★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant yoga studio with a great selection of teachers and classes. Parking is convenient: although availability of street parking is challenging during office hours, there is parking available in the covered multi-storey parking lot in the plaza.

I went to several classes and the teachers were great and the schedule is varied and interesting. Plenty of mats and blocks etc for everyone. As an added bonus there is a nice view out of one of the two studios which makes sunset practice in a storm quite special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We personally haven't had the opportunity to visit this studio yet but the owner just completed our 300hr Yoga Teacher Training and she is an incredible person and teacher. So I can safely assume that her studio would be just as lovely. The next time we have a stop in Kuala Lumpur I'm making a point to come take some classes. If you live in KL and do yoga, then this is the studio for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best yoga studio in KL. The classes are incredible, Kylie the owner is one of the most skilled teachers I've have experienced in my 10+ years of yoga practice. Once you attend one of her classes it's hard to imagine going anywhere else. Kylie is supported by a wonderful team of welcoming front desk staff and experienced teachers. The studio is impeccably clean with beautiful interior touches, soft light and candle light flickering throughout. Omology goes out of their way to create a beautiful, welcoming, functional and professional space - it is the perfect yoga studio for beginners and advanced yogis. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a welcoming and homey studio in Damansara! The owner, Kylie is so nice and she teaches an awesome Vinyasa class too. Love the vibe here. This will definitely be my go-to yoga studio whenever I visit KL.
