β β β β β Staffs are not so well trained. Selections not as many. Thanks to the Elite membership, i got the chance to try out all choices on the monthly mocktail, imho, you can get it homemade.

β β β β β Staff has a way of ignoring customers based on how they look...but they forget that there are a good number of casual family people who frequent this place thanks to the elite cards membership. Gotta send them for retraining.
Prices are exorbitant at some really subpar food and drinks.

β β β β β This lounge is one of the best in Petaling Jaya and clubhouse sandwich is delicious, but french flies are little too much. This lounge is in One World Hotel ground floor near by MRT station Bandar Utama. The scenery is not so good but it will be resolved in next year with the construction will ends.

β β β β β food was good. especially the T-Bone steak. however, overpriced. nice ambience, comfortable. at the hotel. only problem, serving was TOO slow. waited more than an hour for our food. when food arrived, we requested for some wasabi, and that took another 30min (by that time we would've finished our food).

β β β β β This place is so awful. No wonder there is no customer.
Management should train your waitress Fahana to include "sorry" in her volcabury. What about supervisor and manager? Why have they gone missing?
We ordered Rojak and Thai fish cake. After chasing 5 times and 45 mins later our guests have to leave. Finally the food arrived but we had to go. My vip didn't have lunch and was counting on this snacks so she had to go hungry.
We had to cancel our order. Not a word of apology , no saying sorry. She really thinks we r here to inconvenient her.
