โ โ โ โ โ As big as Summit Branch but on 1 floor. Wide range of products but price wise maybe a bit more expensive than hypermarket for household necessities (eg brooms/brushes, etc). Easy & free parking is a plus.

โ โ โ โ โ Ample parking due to Lotus , variety and arrangement good, staff is mostly helpful, however many times had bad experience about claiming warranty on electeilca goods. And Homepro DO NOT help at all saying warranty depends on the brand .. whereby brand Electrolux staff upfront put condition for payment for their visit no matter warranty valid or not.
They need to assist customers on warranty claims

โ โ โ โ โ This is one of the biggest and popular places in town for shopping electrical goods and home improvement products. All under one roof. The place is lively and pleasant with modern decor according to the festive seasons during the year. The store a wide range of both branded and quality products for the home and business. Products are good value for money especially during festive promotions and using loyalty discount cards. We have bought several kitchen appliances and DIY products over the years and have been receiving regular promotional messages via social media. The staff were courteous, help and attentive. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. Parking is a breeze and free here due to the big parking area provided by the Hypermart complex. ?

We bought items for rm4000 n they gave all coupons for mirror purchase and selected mirrors (2 freaking ugly mirror which we still have to pay a certain amount to enjoy the coupon min purchase required) and then in the receipt say can redeem glass shelf, to my horror we bought items on 18/5 and today 19/5 came to redeem the counter girl with so relaxly saying ohh last month promotion stock finish, SO WHAT, in the first place why it was even printed in the receipt, this is cheating customer, disappointed with this HOMEpro, not pro after all, Very MISLEADING and didnt even offer some other rewards for some out of stock item! I will definitely share with friends who are unaware of this. Even the cashier when i ask what is this redemption he was blur and say coupon. Do your business properly. Some people might not be aware so please read ur receipt properly
