★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry if its hard to accept but saying the truth is the best for owner to improve. For RM550/night, i think this homestay deserved 1 star from me because:
1. Water heater not available
2. Most of the furniture are very old
3. Living room dont have aircond
4. Curtain not in good condition (refer photo section)
5. Use "plastik sampah hitam" as coffee table cover (refer photo section)
6. Use reflective sticker as mirror in bathroom (refer photo section)
Owner not professional. Can't accept the truth of bad reviews from customers and accused customers are sabotaging his business while photo attached speak a thousand words. Already paid full whatever he wants including late check-out charge. But still keep on texting me because he simply can't accept the truth. Quite a psychopath person and scary at the same time. Not recommended.
P/S: With RM550/night, we do not expected will get scammed like this. Aldy wanted to give 1 star during check-in. Not because of he wanted to extra charge us for the late check-out. That is our mistake and we paid the price as requested. Unfortunately, after this nightmare, we just realized we can get much much lesser price with much much better owner, and much much better house facilities (same size) through Airbnb. Lesson learned. Better to use trusted platform.
