A humble roadside shop that offers authentic Vietnamese street food. The shop's offerings of Pho beef noodle soup, fresh spring rolls are tasty and flavourful. As after meal drink, there's nothing better than the drip coffee with condensed milk.? The business continues into the night with a different team helming the kitchen and a more extensive menu.

run by the same family, same viet food but different type of dishes. morning until afternoon more to single dishes. evening more to family dishes even though they have single meal as well. both morning and evening dishes are so gooddddd the fried spring roll meehoon was good. they cooked it on the spot so it’s crispy and still warm. affordable price as well grilled octopus was quite chewy but served with 4 types of chili. can mix n match the clam noodle was good but i think they used to instant noodle seasoning.

Sometime the good food not come from those fancy restaurant, but from the street food. Some authentic Vietnamese food here, recommended to try their Vietnam Coffee ?

Not all dishes are Vietnamese food but those iconic Vietnamese food can be found here. Affordable price range and authentic Vietnamese food taste. Personal recommendations... Must try the Vietnamese ice coffee. During my dining session, many cars stopped and walk-in customers ordered teh ice (takeaway)

Along this road there are 2 Vietnamese restaurant. Not to be mixed up with D’vietz which is 1 shop away. Parking is hard to come by, park along the highway, short walk to the cafe. Vietnamese coffee - nice but served in a small cup. RM3.80 I prefer the coffee from Dvietz .. larger glass and cheaper by RM0.30 Spring roll - freshly made .. very authentic! Not cheap though @ RM8.00 Hometown serves spring roll but not banh mi and vice versa for D’vietz. Will be back to try pho. Update - this restaurant has been my go to breakfast joint! Pho was spectacular! Chee Cheong fun was ok .. liked their version of pork noodle, their fried noodles ain’t too shabby ?? Seafood noodles just as good. Liked the service (fast) but hated the table of aunties who smokes after eating. ??‍♂️

Am in love with this place. Family owned business with really delicious Vietnamese food. They are very friendly too. More authentic Vietnamese food can be seen here compared to many other commercialised restaurants out there. Prices are affordable. Area is a little compact and it may not fit many. You can even have the eggs and toast option together with their signature coffee for breakfast. Will definitely come back again to satisfy my cravings. Keep up the good work !

Small neighbourhood Vietnamese food stall at Connaught. I’ve tried quite a number of dishes at this place. Personally, I feel that the Vietnamese coffee (very kao), pork chop, fried spring roll, noodle soup and rice roll are quite nice. The pricing is affordable too. Can try if you happen to stay nearby.
