To my understanding, they are alert about the limited space for customers and service slots. I am pleased with their service of handling your car for service. Just pass them the key and they will sort out everything. The facilities are cool and satisfying. This venue is well kept and neat ? Kudos to the team ??

Service final stage finish at 10.30am but release car at 11.30am instead of being No. 1 walk in customer for that day.
Very bad customer experience in this service centre..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and very efficient service. Made an appointment from Honda Touch app and the staff immediately called to confirm and called again on the day of service as reminder. There's a waiting room with coffee, snacks, & wifi provided for free :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point need to take appointment if the waiting time is over 5 hours?????????????? Come on la, its just a 140k service! Please improve your systems! Why commit for so much cars if your service center cannot done in reasonable time??? I came here 10.15 am for my appointment on 10.30 am and now its 2.30pm, and my car not yet done! WTH!
