★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my Tucson for repair due to a noise..after 3days without any update I called up to check and was informed there was a prob with the water pump need to be replaced...after a week I called again was told waiting for the parts from HQ...a week after the last call I called again was told that another part is coming from Korea....after another 4-5 days I called again and was told repairing now. Very disappointed with their after sales service...no update given to customer.

After my service, the staff will give me a call and asked the condition of the car. Overall I am very satisfied with the service even though I have to come all the way from alor setar to butterworth to service my car.
