Just have my car service done today during this FMCO, overall a very pleasant experience. I found that their services are improve a lots compare to my last visit in few years back. Mr Azreeq is a very professional service advisor, he have explained the items on list to me and answered my questions patiently. The operator and receptionist are also very friendly and polite =) Thank you and keep the good job up!

The car service is done as expected. A typical service centre which will suggest to add on things like engine cleaning etc. You’re not force too tho? However, with relatively premium service price, i would expect them to provide at least some cookies at waiting area. Hence the 3 Star.

Called to enquire a specific model and book for test drive. However, the operator was rude and impatient. Do not recommend this dealer.

hi would like to complaint, today went for the 20000km service come out with 500++, i juz find the the normal charges is 300++ only, i have download the service from honda website shown only 300++, the adviser told me this need to be service & i ask him abt is it needed & he said needed, this guys not honest that the normal service is 300++ but ended up with 500++ almost 600, feel disappointed. everyone pls download the service record to prevent be cheater.

Hello Honda, my first impression to this service centre is gone! First time visit here, i know it is covid-19 period, but i never know the manner of service will be affected??? I did not pay to receive this kind of service. The receptionists especially, can u all be more friendly??! After i enter the center, she just ask me to leave the car key and service book there, technician will call me for service details later. Then i am informed that 1 car only 1 person can enter the center, so my girlfriend was waiting outside when i passing my thing to the receptionist. After that, i have been told none of us can stay inside waiting as well. So we have to stand outside the center to figure out where are we going. BUT, the funny thing is there are a lot of people waiting inside the center! I go back and ask the receptionist, she said because their car have problems, so they are waiting inside??? Funny, i can see they just sitting there comfortably with a whole family! Which is not 1 car 1 person as she told me earlier! So why you told me not allow to wait inside the center? However, the indian guy from counter 3 is manner and serve well. Thanks.

5 star for the advisor Mr Ram.. who is professional, calm, friendly, and gave me good explaination about the service.❀ 2 star for the operator that only asked to walk in without helping to explain what kind of service, price, and quotation, and not even checking my record ( car number) for furher help. She keeps saying just come and advisor will explain to me. But, why cant she check my record or advice, or book my slot on that day? My ealier appointment @ Honda Semenyih (New Era) has been cancelled that day 25/5 due to one of the staff infected by Covid. So, i had to find alternative to service my car at different branch. Thats why i was here.. One thing that im not happy is they didnt wash my car after service. :( i only been told after i collected my car its because of pump rosak. ? Overall, it was good. Shall i repeat to come here? Yeah ...why not.. because of Mr Ram.. lol..Good service.. Keep it up

The best SC compared to other 4 SC i’d visited before. Great services, convenient waiting area, very helpful and took just a day for replacing broken parts using Honda warranty. Good job guys ????.
