★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my car serviced here early this year. Advisor was nice, explained things to me. The second time I came here due to other issue that needs to be fixed. The advisor (indian guy) promptly add everything to cart and total it up around rm3k, without asking what my issue was. He thought I was going to service the car. 3k for servicing car(?) when my first visit was only rm900. He should've checked the history of my visit in the first place. I told him I have other issue and I'm not sure what happened to my car. Only then, he got the car to be checked. He came back and just said the brake disc need to be replaced. I'm a lady, I might not know parts of car or anything about cars. I think he need to give more attention and explain the issue to me, so I can understand. Been thinking twice to come back here, and i did. Luckily my third time, I didn't get the second advisor. The third advisor was nice and explained services that need to be done. Plus, vouchers available in the app/card saved me a lot of $. All in all, the facilities are great. Free drinks and pastries. Strictly maintaining social distancing in the waiting area.

New management is a joke, extremely unprofessional & inefficient. Took nearly 3 months to resolve my insurance claim by Mr Chin (claim representative) while initially promised it would take roughly 1 month+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to come here to servce my passat after SC in balakong closed down. They did a terrible job, right after servce, i went back to kedah, at tg malim suddenly sensor showing engine oil level low. I dont know what they did to my car but when i bring back to them suddenly they want to charge me to replace the gasket and few other item costing more than 1k, saying that it is normal wear n tear problem. I dont buy it, how come right after servce suddenly become leaking and need to replace this and that. Like a scammer try to rip u off. Better stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with this showroom. Place my booking cause the salesman say in stock. After settle all the bank and loan approved they called me saying that this car is not ready to collect due to the car key is not with them. And there is internal issue which cannot release the car. Don’t make any order or service at the Vw dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call 4x.. wanted to speak to Sales Advisor, a malay reception transfer to a advisor .. than he keep me hold for 2mins, i enquire him about golf, than he told me golf havent launch, actually its the 2nd day i call after golf launch in Sepang. Than i just hang up the call and moved to VW Glenmarie , Sorry you have just lost a customer. As an Sales advisor i trust awareness and product knowledge is very important. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly please do not perform your service here. Very bad service overall. I did message WA Saturday at 9.40 am and I only received a reply Monday morning. FYI- operation hours are 8.30 to 12.30.
Upon servicing my car I did inform myself few defects however do not act and was informed to come back for the next service. Glen Marie was the best service ever and proactive. I'm so impressed. Due to the pandemic, I don't wish to travel a bit far, therefore I perform at sg Besi.
Hopefully, improve
