One of the few Honda sales and service centres in P. Jaya. Waiting time to send car for servicing has reduced tremendously with their improved revamped check in system introduced about two years ago. They have never failed to follow up to check the status on condition of vehicles after service or repairs with their customers a few days later which is rather encouraging. Politeness are clearly shown with the way of greeting and assistance to customers by most of their service advisors. Cashiers attitude and body language towards customers needs improvement.

Smooth and excellent service. For service might have to book service more early. Purchase my car from here, they provide good free give that make me have to comeback here for service. Open early 8.30am. Building is public visit place but most workers and visitor smoking like no body business.

Excellent service centre. Staff are very polite and they take good care of your car. Your steering wheel, driver's seat, and foot mat are all covered before they take your car in for service for cleanliness. They also provide car wash and polishing services if you like. There's a coffee machine inside with complimentary coffee for customers, and they recently added some new furniture to make waiting much more comfortable. Highly recommended for Honda owners.

Nice ambiance and quite good showroom. Sitting area is just sufficient and have some free drinks β˜•οΈ as well. The sales advisor (Shirley Wong) to whom I met is extremely helpful, very prompt in response and committed to her promises. She helps in every possible manner she can in order to have a fruitful buying experience for her customers. I strongly recommend Shirley’s services to any potential Honda Car buyer. Please look for Shirley in the showroom if you’re planning to visit Sumber Auto PJ. Had my first service done here and overall experience is good. However, nothing much to do in first service but the service advisors are quite good and helpful and my car was delivered as promised. Will see in future how it goes. The waiting area is just Ok, not a big space I’d say if you want to wait there. They got one executive lounge at first floor and have aircon and TV as well but no remote to switch on ? Overall my experience is good so far here.

Quite efficient in their services however, Honda Malaysia should change their model of Operations for warranty. Even when there's no mileage on the car they want it to be serviced on time, meaning every six months which is not applicable for BMW and Mercedes!

The sales lady is friendly, polite and efficient, even though the show room is rather small in area. The cars displayed is limited. The roads along the show room is currently under upgrading work, please be careful when going there.

I picked this hub from the Honda Touch app simply based on the fact that they had available spots within 1 week of booking. I was impressed and was glad I didn’t have to wait for some other highly recommended hubs but had more than 30 days waiting. It was my first time for the 1000 obligatory service. Served first by Ashraf and later by Kenny who completed with the handing over of my car after the almost 2 hours service time. He even took the time to explain to me patiently on how the front digital video recorder worked when I asked him about it. I’m duly impressed by the staff. From the staff who saw me parking at the service bay and got ready for me a ticket to see a service advisor, Ashraf and Kenny, to the staff who helped me get a grab driver to go to a shopping centre while waiting for the car to be serviced, they were all truly on top of their game and really reflected how a customer would enjoy sending their car to be serviced despite having to wait for 2 hours or possibly more. Since it’s Honda’s service standards, I would assume all specs are met. Therefore, the choice to return for my next service had depended on the experience on how how I was treated. I would highly recommend this service hub to everyone. Their service level is truly commendable ?
