★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time driving a car to do delivery there, (normally by bike no problem at all). Arrive at entrance looking for security to ask for UOA Corporate Tower's Loading Bay. Saw a security at the motorcycle parking entrance, ask politely to him where is the loading bay, his answer is simple :" LG1". Then I ask him where is LG1, could you give me some directions? He keep silent and walk away. Nevermind, I manage to find a carpark at B1, I don't know which is the direction to LG1( It's a normal carpark, not for loading and unloading), take a lift and go to Ground floor, do noted I'm using trolley and carrying 60 kilograms of foods and drinks to deliver to Honeywell level 27. Arrive at receptionist counter at Ground floor and the receptionist told me that I'm not allowed to used trolley to go to 27th floor, like it or not I have to hand carrying for 2 times back and forth to finish my delivery. Not a good experience if you want to do delivery there, security sucks.
