I went to collect my supplements on 12/1/2020. The experience was dreadful. I waited for 2 hours plus and the warehouse staff seemed cannot cope with the high volume on that day. First, I need to go through the customer service counter as I had more than 4 orders and than need to wait at their warehouse counter to collect my items. However, after waited for 2 hours plus and pestering the customer service and warehouse staff (they were extremely unhelpful), I decided to leave as my group of numbers seems not moving at all. What the staff were telling to all the members, just wait. Based on its pace, it is likely to take 5 hours to get my items collected. It was a pure wasting of quality time. Usana should revisit and beef up on their collection process and digitalise their process as much as possible.
