★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting company with illegal moneylender selling tactics. If you order their products on Shopee, they won't allow you to cancel your order even if you try to cancel within 4 minutes. When you try to message them, they ignore your chat message (unlike other sellers). By rights, we are allowed to cancel and then add more purchases but Unilever behaves unethical and shamefully desperate to make the sale, just like a crime syndicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made an online purchase via the Shoppee platform on 17 January 2019. Three weeks later, the purchase was cancelled and the refund has been processed.
I was informed that the purchase was cancelled because one of the products was out of stock. However, I know this is to be a blatant lie because.
1. We can still find this product on the shelves of offline retails.
2. The product is still on sale on Lazada.
3. The product "miraculously" became available after the purchase cancellation.
The responses from the Customer Service are very slow and don't seem to be customer oriented as well.
I'm deeply disappointed with the integrity of a big company such as this.
