β β β β β An old temple with the Chief Monk who have trained more than a hundred monks. The temple used to be a Theravada Temple until those foreign monks went back during the second world war. It was then given to the Mahayana monks who have being serving the Buddhist community and training young monks who are now servicing the Malaysian communities in various towns and villages. It is a serene and peaceful temple to meditate and pray.
