โ โ โ โ โ The claypot chicken rice comes in a generous portion for 2 if you order the medium size. It is tasty especially with the addition of lap cheong and salted fish.
The lala is a nice side dish.

โ โ โ โ โ I had chicken Claypot rice. The smell of hot clay plus the aromatic smell of the hot chicken meat plus the rice makes me really hungry. The place was quite packed when I arrived there. Service was fast. The aunties are friendly. Give it a try when you are at Petaling Street.

โ โ โ โ โ Still love that their claypot chicken rice is quite tender and nice (maybe I prefer a little more brunt though that isn't healthy). I don't eat salty fish but it's OK as they add only at top so can eemove easily. Another highlight is the bbq seafood! Had the Lala (clams) and I must say the chilli is best! Spicy but that is how it should be! Veg is cheap and good too.
I came at 7pm on weekday just a few min before the queue formed right behind me. There is some invisible system if you don't see the queue (but so many nights I see always have crowds and queues). Basically they will acknowledge you are ordering and wait to seat you at table. Some people not aware and sat at just-emptied tables but I notice they were quick to direct them to join the queue outside -- very fair despite them buzzing around serving food! Requires waiting time since it is charcoal cooked but the food is all worth it.
I couldn't finish all and the ladies nicely helped me pack the remaining and still remember to add chilli and a spoon for me. Was a regular and will continue to visit them!

โ โ โ โ โ Very delicious clay pot chicken rice. Cooked with meshed salted fish. The rice was well cooked, not under cooked and not over cooked. They have a meal set which includes a dish of seafood with large prawns, clams and ladies fingers cooked in sambal. The meal set also included a vegetable dish and soup. Very worth it. The set can eat up to 3 people. Service was quite fast and good. Was surprised that they have an indoor dinning area with airconditioning. Payment by cash only. Parking is very challenging. Need to park at an open carpark far away and walk.

Fully packed with people even though it is already 10pm.
Claypot chicken rice is delicious, huge portions of rice, chicken is tender.

โ โ โ โ โ If you are in petaling street, this is the place to have the best claypot chicken rice. It has the char taste and the service is fast.
The grilled fish is nice to have but not anything to shout about.

โ โ โ โ โ High expectations come with high disappointment through the claypot chicken rice taste ok, but lack of fragrance.
No point adding an additional egg into the claypot, as you wonโt really get to taste it once itโs well mixed with the rice.
The bbq stingray is very salty and the apple juice with added sugar is just overly sweet.
For the experience, itโs ok to try out at least once, the servers is friendly and food come relatively fast too.

โ โ โ โ โ Famous claypot chicken rice. Fairly busy on a Sunday night but they still had seats indoors (air conditioned). Claypot rice is quite big: we ordered the small one and it's good for 2 people. I'd say it's decent --not one of the best I've had. The fruit juice are diluted and a tad too sweet. Food came fairly quickly despite the busyness. Staff is helpful
