★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is another nostalgic snack food in Chinatown Petaling Street. The peanut glutinous rice pancake (Apom balik) filled with sugar and peanuts. Operated by an old uncle and auntie, they have been serving delicious apoms since many years. Thick chewy and sweet pancakes with crunchy peanuts inside is a great snack to start exploring the area. There is no sitting area, so this is only for take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad that this appam / Mi Jian Kuey stall is still around. My favourite of all appam. But uncle is 68yo this and said that he will be doing heart surgery this Nov 22 which he is uncertain whether he can carry on the stall after that.
