β β β β β Good Day, I just would like to share my awesome experience with HLBB Selayang Jaya staff. On last sunday I was the branch making some cash deposit txn. Having some problem with my deposit txn suddenly a chinese girl come help claim she is the staff there and i get to know her name Ms May. At initial i was skeptical as it was sunday, . It was sunday and she help me with my query, such a wonderfull service, Im amaze....Good Job Keep it up

β β β β β I was very pleased with Ms.Wawaβs customer service skills. She was very helpful & pleasant throughout my entire banking experience for the past 2 days.
She was extremely patient towards me & explained to me in details on what need to be done cause I changed my citizenships. Hence, a lot of documentation need to be updated. She even go to the extra miles to text me & keep me updated on the outcome after office hours. I was truly impressed by her helpfulness, warmth & friendliness towards me.
Well done & keep up the good work!!!!!
