Beratur panjang di luar BSN Bandar Baru Selayang Terus nak tutup akaun Sepatutnya pakai nombor ... agar tak payah tunggu untuk beratur ... ni tunggu tunggu bila dah dekat nak masuk bank tutup Sudah lebih 1 jam berdiri beratur di luar masih belum dapat masuk. Di depan masih ada 6 orang menunggu. Seorang sekali masuk .... lebihkurang 10 minit untuk orang lain keluar dan diganti dengan yang lain. Dari pukul 11.40 dan skrang 1.47 masih belum dapat masuk.. Sudah lebih 2 jam berdiri

WORST BRANCH!! STAFF RUDE Buka akaun saving dekat branch ni tapi dipaksa ambil insurance RM50 setahun. Staff perempuan muda mengandung & staff lelaki kurus dua2 melayu. Kejadian berlaku bulan 11 tahun 2021. Bila kita taknak dia paksa kalau tak tak boleh buka akaun. Check kat website takde pun syarat nak buka akaun kena ambil insurance. Dia ingat kita bodoh agaknya. Bila kita berkeras taknak ambil muka masing2 masam mencuka, pegawai perempuan kat belakang dah tahu staff misselling tu tegur la agaknya. Tak tahu la berapa ramai org susah & org tua dah terkena dgn staff yang berlagak sombong ni. Call customer service buat aduan kata janji nak call kita balik tapi dua kali lima penipu. Sikit lagi kalau buat perangai mcm ni aku report BNM & viralkan terus.
WORST BRANCH !! STAFF RUDE Open a savings account near this branch but are forced to take insurance of RM50 a year. Young pregnant female staff & Malay skinny male staff. The incident happened in the 11th month of 2021. If we don't want him to force us, we can't open an account. Checking the website does not require a requirement to open an account to take out insurance. He remembers we're stupid. When we insisted on not taking each other's sour faces, the female officer in the back knew that the misselling staff was reprimanding her. He doesn't know how many difficult people and old people have been affected by this arrogant staff. Call customer service for a complaint, promise to call us back, but twice five scammers. A little more, if I make this kind of behavior, I will report BNM and continue to go viral.

Very slow moving counters.. Even no people at the counter they didnt call the num... Were doing their own work... Very unsatisfied

Worst BSN branch EVER. Only one counter is opened. The other two counters are staffed but no one knows what they are doing. The single open counter takes ten minutes to attend to one person and is even walking here and there while attending to the customer. It's not enough that they take your signature and identification card but they also take your thumb print to dirty your finger and discourage over-the-counter service. They just want you to use the ATMs. BSN = BANK SENTIASA NANTI.

Waiting time - 1 hour Counter time - 3 mins 2nd Waiting time - 18 mins 2nd Counter time - 5 mins Though staff are pleasant, really don’t understand the super slow service. There were only about 15-17 customers at the time and 3 counters were open. Customer ops really need to look into this.

Looking at the previous posting/reviews, I truly understand what they have gone thru with BSN. It happen to me today, went there to pick up my atm card (it was devoured by the ATM a week before - my fault ok). Arrived at around 3.15 pm and left at almost 4.45 pm just only to pick up and activate the atm card. Coming from customer service operation (14 years - till now), I watched how inefficient your procedure and processes are, no wonder there were customer complaints that need to go counter for more than 1 time. BSN - you need to look at this, and initiate innovative culture in your workplace so you can eliminate unnecessary procedures in your ops. like keeping a manual logbook - do we still need this while your system can capture everything in the system log? May I suggest: 1. Manager on duty - please stop kacau your counter staff. The queue was high, your counter staff need to focus and attend to customers ASAP. Ini kejap2 panggil untuk verify. You are a manager, if you cant verify or need others to authorize your work, then what is the point of having you in that position? 2. Eliminate manual book log. In my case here, counter staff need to write down everything in the manual book log as I am picking up an ATM Card. Seriously? masih guna lagi buku log? Ohh so pathetic. Sian your staff kene do all this unnecessary process. 3. Updating customer info can be done back end. Do it when you have fewer queues. less customer. or assign someone to take care of this. Get customer business done 1st, any unimportant task like updating my workplace la, my job la or anything that does not important (at least to us), do it back end. bukan time customer ramai la ko nak update bende alah tu. Kalau laju xpe. 4. After system verification using MYCard & electronic thumbprint, why do you guys still need to use manual thumbprint? Pakai dakwat tue? See in my case, I am just there to pick up my atm card and reactivate it back - so many unnecessary procedures. BSN, wake up! Good side - BSN staff are friendly, hardworking. I can see how hard they work to attend to the customer as soon as they can, but itu lah. Procedure tu. Waiting time lama sangat! Hoping this posting will get attention of the branch management and it's time to CHANGE! Saw a similar posting 7 months ago and hmm... Good Luck to all BSN customers!
