★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite dissapointed with their management. Supposedly I had an appointment on 10/09/2021 10am which I already booked on 01/09/2021. But without any notification from Maybank, they said they closed temporarily because of pandemic. Plus, when I called them, they said my name was not in today’s appointment list, even I received email confirmation for my appointment from Maybank. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay a bit disappointed there is no more ATM Drive Thru (this was the first ATM Drive Thru in Malaysia for crying outloud!!) Not sure what happened. Maybe they want to encourage ppl to walk? If yes then nice gesture there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously went here and the service was fast and ok. Today i came the lady receptionist in front of the main door was so rude. Maybe train them to smile and some customer service ethics before positioning them in the most front of your office?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff fully cooperated with customers... Really friendly... But taking a bit of time when dealing with them.. Changing my ATM card is also almost one hour waiting... Overall it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to pandemic, the management allows appointment by online. Strictly follows the current implementation of SOP.
1 cheque deposit machine, 3 ATM machine and 3 CDM machine available to facilitate the public banking requirements.
Drive thru ATM has been removed which could have been an added bonus.
Wheelchair access is available only at ground floor. Excess to upper floor is by stairs only.
