★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my fav place for dim sum. Friendly & efficient service staff. Dim sum is fresh & yummy. Good food quality. Ha Kar, Siew Mai, porridge, fried radish cake r our fav. Come early as it gets crowded during lunch time. Take note it opens till 2:30pm only. Ample parking lots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for a very nice dim sum with plenty of parking space and the price is a little higher than normal. The taste is good ? Make sure to get the egg tart. It's one of the best I've tried so far.

My favorites were the scallop siew mai and prawn cakes

Food variety normal.
Food quality normal.
Food taste normal.
Food presentation, recycle artificial plant and plastic display rack, not sure whether they clean up before presenting to next customer, otherwise it is highly unhygienic and it is the transfer medium for viruses.
The worse is, the cutlery, chopsticks and tea cups are place on the table where you can find the flies are loitering around the table. How to ensure the hygiene of the cutlery and I'm sure they did not sterilise it. We are in new norm, the old practice will not be applicable on today's new norm. They must adhere strictly to the hygienic of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better call for a reservation beforehand. Great place to hang out for breakfast with family. Parking is relatively easy. Price is slightly higher than other dim sum places but worth the price for certain items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this place and found it to be good! Lovely dishes and lovely variety especially dishes that aren’t found elsewhere.
Prices are reasonable, in fact, I think it’s pretty cheap considering the quantity and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for a few times now and noticing the quality of the food has going better from each visit. This past weekend, took my family here and we had a great time here. The price is decent and the portion is not shrink. A perfect time to gather and enjoy quality dim sum.
