โ โ โ โ โ there was a slight delay in payment for my extension today, ur staff PUTERA I'RHAM grab hold of my hand so very rudely in public at the lobby, questioning me as if im gonna run away for RM 19.00, what kind of nonsense is this. This is so unacceptable. Today Im very disappointed with OYO..!

โ โ โ โ โ smelly+ dirty room..due to no ventilation fan installed.. i got to cancelled during check in..coz try to change to others 3-room.. same pblm..but thanks to staff..coz agree to refund with only $10 svc charges.! Managemnt need to upgrade svc..or u are loosing cust.

โ โ โ โ โ not bad la.. Not really hygiene. There was a time I got a room at 1st floor, the toilet full of insect. luckily I just stayed for a night. But it's cheap.

โ โ โ โ โ I experienced the Air conditioner not in good condition, either out of gas because not cold enough, I dont even put on a blanket, can u imagine? I was too tired to ask the receptionist, the rest are superb!

โ โ โ โ โ Cadar , selimut & bantal2 pada salah 1 katil single berpeta dan berbau hancing..begitu juga dgn katil queen..seperti tidak ditukar..hny dikemaskn semula shj..agak2 la kalo malas nk menukar/mengemas bilik pn..takkn smpai x nmpk peta kencing yg begitu besar dan berbau hancing yg kuat tu..dah mnyusahkn kita jgk..?????? Harap pihak hotel dpt cek dgn teliti sblm org dtg check in...pntau cara kerja pekerja yg mngemas bilik2 tu...

โ โ โ โ โ There is no Mirror at shower room. there is insect in room. No remote TV. there are some very dirty linens appear when entering the room. The towel just put at pantry rooms and the doors being open. so when I see it, I never use the towels in my rooms because I dong believed it that the towels is clean. upon check in on my second stay, I booked twin bed. on my first night I was in Double bed. when I did Extend want to stay in same room but the receotionist was not helpfull. just asked have to changed room while the rate is same. the linen in the room all looks wrinkle. there is hairs on the beds. during my stay, i dont say anything. I know that this is a budget hotels but the cleanlines and service will be improved.
