★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel room toilet is so dark, the air cond sounds is so noisy and they didn’t fix it, the bed sheet is so dirty and so smelly in the room, quite uncomfortable when staying, not recommended hotel for staying.

Very bad receptionist. Very different with the photo. Haha
I booked for 3 nights. But I sleep 1 night only bcz all hotels around there were full already. If it’s not full, I don’t sleep there.
My RM247 is burnt because I can't stand the dirtyness of the room.

This hotel not suitable with 3 stars title this actually even no star..Poor hotel room, the room booked not same with they given.no water, aircond not functioning, room and heater dirty and tea coffee not prepared as they promote. Not prepare towels. The worst things the hotel management not manage time check in and check out properly.the receptionist said they will prepare room at 3:00pm but at 6:00pm still not available to checkin even we paid.worst hotel ever!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and the toilet was very dirty!! They didn't brush the toilet bowl!! There was no tea or coffee sachet prepared, no kettle also!! I was staying at RM75 room, but this is the worst experience ever! I can get many other hotel with cheaper price and better service! When complaining at the counter, they didn't take further action! The worker was rude! The aircond room was broken and they asked us to even look at the aircond by ourselves!! The blanket and pillow cases was very smelly!! I don't think they wash it! The tv was broken also when call the worker to take a look and they didn't show up!! My family and I was very disappointed and it is not recommended!!
