★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time checking in here.
So, I'll break into parts;
Cleanliness - 3/5, there's stain on the blanket and pillow, also a strand of hair found on the bed during my stay.
Condition - 4/5, shower head rusty, pillow too soft.
Soundproof - 4/5, sounds from the hallway can be heard inside the room.
Overall it's a good overnight stay at an affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was full of long hair on the sheets. And in tbe bathroom. Aircon worked OK and staff were cordial. It was a last min choice.

Pros:
- Reasonable price
- There is lift
- Fast check in and out
Cons:
- Not so clean. Towel, bed sheet, etc have stain. Bring own towels
- Room are not soundproof. Bring earplug
- No coffee, teh, etc provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience staying in this hotel. Smokers hotel, ventilation system bad, full of smoke in the room after coming back work. Those who has asma should avoid here. Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, the last day before checkout found a shaver on the bath faucet, which very unhygienic.. Unfriendly staff as usual..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a bit dirty for the room that I've booked on Agoda. I think the booked room is reserved for Agoda customers so its only been cleaned after previous customer left the room hence the lil dusty room. Location is near LRT Kelana Jaya. You can hear the traffic but for me I dont really mind as I'm a heavy sleeper. Overall its a nice hotel if youre planning for a one-day stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second stay but this time last minutes (jammed all the way from Penang) booked using agoda but got an issue from agoda with the booking. (luckily the staff handled it well). The towels were smelly, the kettle not working, got stains on the blanket but other okay.

1st the Room Door Lock doesn't lock, detected only after we unpacked our stuff. When changed to a 2nd room, the toilet bowl cover missing, and worst is that there is bad smoking smell throughout the night.. Ended up with wide opening the window to air the room for the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 4 nights and would give the following review:
CLEANLINESS:
Make sure to check all the towels, pillow, bedsheet and everything before use as it might be dirty. But the staff is alright enough to give you a replacement right away.
- Had stains on the towel thrice and had to ask for new towels each time. Make sure you even check the replacement they give you.
- Had stains on pillow once and got that replaced.
- Had stains on the bedsheet and had to ask for replacement.
- Had long hair on the blanket.
- Bathroom and room cleanliness was average.. nor very clean nor very dirty.
SMOKING POLICY:
- Even though there is a no smoking sign everywhere but i would still stay its a heaven for smokers as in the corridors and elevators you could smell smoke all the time. But glad that in the room there wasn't any smell or smoke.
NOISE:
I am a heavy sleeper and don't mind noise pollution so I was alright. But if someone is a light sleeper this isn't really an ideal place to be. The windows and walls of this hotel are not sound proof from traffic. Plus if you are on the top level there will be sound of rain as well.
STAFF:
The staff would generally just do their job if you ask them to but won’t do stuff themselves (without you asking them) and even though they are not rude but at the same time they are also not really very friendly or welcoming. So I would say they are ok and not that great !!
A few times I had to ask for cleanliness, missing soap etc but an alright budget hotel (not good nor terrible) for a short stay if their location is important to you.
