★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the money. Small room with window on a floor where people smoke, close to Paradigm mall. The floor was clean where you could see, but we soon found long dark hair around. The bed was comfortable.
Going out, we found a pee puddle (or juice?) right in front of the lobby elevator, which we immediately reported to the receptionist. When we came back a couple of hours later, it was still there half dried. The staff are much more interested in their phones than the good, hygienic management of their hotel. And this in times of Covid when everyone obssesses about 'hygiene'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty. Cockroach in the room!!! Stained sheets. Can't believe the room is so dirty. Covid is very serious but the operator doesn't seem to care about basic hygiene.
All these good reviews are fake! Beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place overall is okay. Not the best but the only down part is the price compared to what i get is not worth it. The staff are friendly and cooperative. The place not the clean. The shower wasnt fully functional. The overall stay is okay. If that hotel has a promotion you should try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is difficult. I booked for twin beds but was given queen. When requested to change said not available. Towels and tv remote given at check-in counter. Deposit of RM 30 for I don't know what. If for worn out towels, not worth it's! Ask to bring down used towels and remote when checking out. First time I experience customers have to do own housekeeping. Is this a hotel or dorm? Very noisy at night as there were drilling sounds until 11 pm. Can hear people moving about very clearly. Very small room with wall fan. Overall not a good stay. Was deceived by nice pictures but far different from what is shown

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room not very clean. Could be noisy. I killed a cockroach. Drink machine at corridor. Internet service ok. Hotel rooms enter through separate door-feel safe. Paradigm Mall is just across highway, need detour walking to get there. Close to varieties of tasty food(Malay, Chinese, Indian, Western etc) is the best part. Stayable if cost is a concern. Anyway, you don't expect 5 star service living in a 2 star hotel.
